Yesterday we brought you Vegas Fashion Musts, and today we’re going with the other side–Vegas Fashion Busts are things you simply don’t want to be caught wearing or styles you should leave in the closet no matter what. Enjoy!
Leave the family matching items, fanny packs, spray tans, and other abominations of tourist wear at home, unless you’re going with an Alan from The Hangover look. We know Indiana Jones has one, but chances are, it won’t work for you.
Clubwear and Diningwear
Don’t wear shorts to a club; you won’t get in. Same thing goes for flip flops, tennis shoes, pajama pants, slippers, and similar attire. Dress to impress and you’ll get in like the best. The same goes for fine dining. Nothing’s more embarrassing than feeling under dressed at a restaurant.
For Daytime, It’s Cool
For the daytime in Vegas, feel free to dress casually. Nobody will complain about your shorts, tennis shoes, and t-shirt in the daytime, whether it’s what you’re wearing at a Vegas buffet, show, or restaurant. Relax and enjoy, but once nightfall hits, step your game up and ditch the fanny pack.
